not sure the 2 genres here... but it was fun to run away and slip and fall :)

Not particularly sure what your two genre's are...I would specify it in the description if possible.

Had a lot of fun with this one, things I liked - The sense of urgency running around, the enemy AI creeping after you, slipping in the water. Nice job!

Oh, so it's like a top-down view endless runner! Neat concept. Reached a point fairly quickly though where the difficulty didn't seem to be increasing any, so I ended prematurely. I wasn't sure what the coins were for until I died and saw a score. Oh well! Cute concept.

I can't open the file :(

There was little time to do all thing that I came up with. That's why it does not contain "wave-based" genre. This week I will finish my game. Keep watching and thanks for the commenting.

Quite fun. But the two genres is a bit far-fetched. You could also have had less ammo on the floor, it was never a problem.

I like the artstyle you used, very zinester. The runner part of the game is working pretty ok, but as you say looks there is some missing parts. It would be interesting to read a bit about the idea and how were the waves supposed to work (if you are not going to continue working on the game).

It seems a simple work at first but then you realize that it isn't! The graphics are simple but nice, I like the fire effect, the water footprints and the lights. Also the sfx is simple but the fire sound volume that rise when it's near is very effective! Very funny, nice work!

Ha fun chaser! Got into it pretty quickly. Got a crash when I was caught by the fire, but that was ok, was dead anyways. ;) Liked the threat of the fire, the slipping on stuff - good initial pacing. Needs a bit more to keep you going tho, perhaps some powerups, or some explained extra objective. Enemies to defeat, or friends to rescue. :)

Cool game. It game crashed when I died. It couldn't find the player object. Probably just need to check if(instance_exists(o_player)).

I had a lot of fun playing it! Nice game!

Interesting concept, though I don't think 'wave-based' is really a genre... I'd say it's more like a horror infinite runner, which I think was fairly well done. The spreading effect was pretty cool to look at and provided a fairly unique concept to the game. However, it does feel a bit lacking, especially since there wasn't anything besides the doors to punch and that the coins only really served to give you score.

A runner mixed with... something?

Running a way from a fire sure works. The controls are tight enough and the challenge ramps up eventually. I'm not sure what the white and blue balls do. Points perchance?

Presentation is a mixed bag. The graphical assets overall are low quality, but there are many neat effects which make up for it, such as the lighting system, fire propagation, the smooth slipping animation and wet footprints. Audio is lacking. Basic sound effects and a lack of music don't create the urgency which a runner of this type needs.

Well made on the programming side. The audio visuals could be improved a lot.
