Nice one! I liked the psychedelic look of it all. The spinning fruit could be a bit bigger to better distinguish between purple and blue, and the popping in and out of pickups felt a bit too random: disappearing just as I wanted to pick them up, or appearing right in front of the car but it's the wrong color.
Lovely visuals and presentation. Bit frustrating when a different color gem spawns on you but love the motion in the world. Nice.
Hmm game doesnt start at my PC (Windows 10) (the black DOS box just small appear and then it is closed and nothing happens)

The surroundings with their fancy shader effects are very nice! Gameplay-wise there's some room for improvement - pretty much what @pebkac and @designernap said already. Nice work nonetheless.
