I feel like there could have been more to this game. I finished 2nd solely by clicking "Keep the pace" or "slow down" based on the gap to 3rd, and then pitting when my fuel ran out. The comments each lap get quite repetitive too. I would have loved to have seen more variety overall, although I'm guessing it simply wouldn't have been possible within the time frame. So yeah, not bad, just a bit repetitive.

Thanks very much, @F1Krazy. I really felt too that the game gonna be repetitive, the initial pretentions was make a really interactive fiction with more deep storyline. But i concentrated more in the sim mechanics and... you know, is the #compo. haha I really apreciated your considerations. Thanks!

For me this was really fun to play, and the music was also good. The UI was overall pretty and it was easy to use. The Race image was a bit boring, but it shows what was happening, and that is good. Overall a fun little LD game.

I will probably reflect what others have already said. It's an interesting concept, and I went through the first two races I had with a lot of patience and tried balancing the buttons that I pressed, but in the end there were times when I went from nearly last to first by only pressing 'Slow Down'. So eventually my tactic became to drive slowly until I had roughly 10% fuel, and then push it until the end. Except the first time I did this I got to 51/51 actions and stayed there for one or two turns, not winning, until my car engine gave out.

Overall, it's a nice game, but could've definitely used more variety in the monologue lines and interaction with the car and the track.

Quite fun game. Decent music and UI. It feels like it's too repetitive though. Overall it's quite nice entry!
