Data folder was not found. I'm guessing you forgot to include that after you built the game :(
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD40 → Shard Runner

There should be 'build05_Data' folder next to the executable

It looks like you may have forgotten to zip up bot the .exe and the data directory in order for the game to be playable
