I believe it should speed up a bit faster, no music makes the game feel slow. My only other issue is that a whole gold bar should be worth more than 10 dollars!

Sorry, clicking on the LudumDare40.exe file did nothing, I couldn't run the game. PC is Windows 10 version 1703 with RX480.
@miaw Hmm, that's wierd. Maybe I can figure out a fix.
@NumNumDude nah dont sweat it. maybe just my graphic card kicking up a fuss for no reason.
I had the same issue where it wouldn't run at first, I had to install the XNA 4 framework to get it to work. (I guess shipping the DLLs alongside the binary didn't cut it?)
Pretty good use of the theme, though the gameplay is pretty basic. It seemed like the criminals got faster as time went on, but there weren't more of them at once so it didn't get appreciably harder. I would've liked things to get a bit more hectic as time went on.
@adhesion I didn't make the criminals get faster, I made them spawn at a higher rate. Strange that you experienced the exact opposite.
I should probably try and port the game to MonoGame, maybe that would help.
