Neat graphics, though the animation on the jump is way too distracting, so I probably would've complained about that as well even if this had been a completed game. I couldn't really tell by just the editor what the game was supposed to be like in the end, or how it would relate to the theme, though.

Thank you :D yea I agree the jump thing is a bit distracting, it was more going to be for slam attacks and it would be a lot smaller. I had planned for it being 2 player where the platforms would gradually be getting lower until they reach the floor where there's no power. The players would suck up the power from the platforms making them lower and can use that power to jump higher or to use as slam attacks or ramming into the other player.

Very nice looking draft. I'd love to play an actual game in this aesthetics.

I think you know that already, but the whole point of LD is to make a complete game. It was immensely useful for me as a gamedesigner to spend less time in areas I was confident in and to make a complete game even if it art would suck or sounds would be stingy. And from that point I was able to move towards making more complete games - but they start to be better. Sorry if it feels like a lecture. I'd be really happy to play the game you'd make next time.

@a333 yeah sorry I got carried away with the thought of a level editor and forgot to work on the core game, then I got stuck on a bunch of bugs. It was still a great experience though as I haven't worked with save data before. I'll do better next ld ;D
