I won! Good thing the hero didn't have a weapon. The way the screen instantly jumps to the next monster made me think the level was restarting at first - it would be a bit less confusing if it scrolled the view over to the next monster you control.
Could use a quick primer on the start to explain how dying works, also confused me for a moment. From there, it was pretty quick work, but a good implementation of the theme.
Great idea ! A music would have been nice.

Hey nice sprites ! I wish there have been combo attack with left mouse clic to punch and right mouse clic to kick !
