Pretty interesting game though it was a bit hard to understand what was going on at times. It would have been nice if there was an indicator for when you are about to run out of resources. It would also have been nice if the controlls allowed you to pan the camera instead of just rotating it.

Even though the music sounded a bit strange in the beginning, I really liked it after a while.

I wasn't able to run it on windows, I'll give it a shot on Ubuntu later. It appears to crash on the game engine splash screen with no error :/

lanestp 2015-08-24 16:35

OSX64 version crashes on start. Sorry :-(

wevel 2015-08-24 16:45

Shows promise, I killed all of the animals then everyone died. Also the camera is a bit difficult to controlled.

aden-manson 2015-08-24 16:47

Amazing! Very good concept.

cosinep 2015-08-24 16:48

Won't run on Windows for me :(

kaitokidi 2015-08-24 17:08

the game crashes :_ (

Ok, tried this on my Windows 7 and it looks like only the 64-Bit release in the link with new versions works ... not sure why yet ... everything worked fine in wine ...

Very Good Game! Amazing Graphics, Gameplay, and overall fun!

Seems a little buggy, but good entry nonetheless :)

darklightteam 2015-08-25 14:57

Not a bad idea, far from the theme and it's easy to waste resources and get stuck (for example I've build wood houses but somehow my wood remains at 4 constantly and then, it was impossible to build a new wood house). A "Sell house" option is missing.

wizzardmaker 2015-08-25 15:51

Neat game, the theme is not really hit and the sound of killing a fox sounds a bit weird, but everything else is rather good

sergicollado 2015-08-25 16:44

In windows doesn't start, I'll play later from my linux :(

sergicollado 2015-08-25 17:48

I like graphics, the control is hard, it needs more feedback to know what is happening. The idea it's awesome, humans are the true monster of this world :P

blackquiltro 2015-08-26 01:23

Nice idea! Far from the theme but I liked it. Nice music, I liked it a lot, very weird but fit the theme for me.

Perhaps it needed some sort of score like total population or something. I would slow down a bit the speed for tree chopping and fox killing so you can try more combinations before running out of resources!

Nice game, I like the graphics style. Not so the music though. I ran out of foxes pretty early unfortunately. The game mechanics are simple but well executed. Camera control feels a bit clunky, for it is not too much of a problem when playing the game.

vaiaphraim 2015-08-26 21:05

Nice graphics - I just wish I could take a closer look at my population on demand, rather than zooming in and hoping that somebody would run past the camera :P

My bottleneck was wood... I never saw trees regrow, so, eventually, even a single woodcutter would cut the last trunk, no grass, starving the rabbits, starving the foxes, and the humans, too...

It's really fun to play, setting a few houses, and listening to the fox(?) noise :P

veoviscool12 2015-08-26 21:23

Interesting game :) Reminds me of You Must Destroy the Tower.

peecestudios 2015-08-27 02:30

Wonderful!!!!!!!!!! It was hard to understand though and how much everything cost but then i figured it out. Loved the day change and shadows!

kaiseangames 2015-08-28 15:36

Cool concept! It would have been better if the UI shown somehow the amount each building costs. And sometimes it's unclear how each building benefits you. But it's nice! The style reminds me of Darwinia :)

puppetmaster 2015-08-29 23:32

Nice entry, cool day and night switch, thx for voting mine.

struffy 2015-09-03 18:41

I like the graphics style and changing light - that in itself has the potential as effecting the game - id had not thought of that!
