Found it far too easy to go off the screen, but the core idea seems good. I would have just liked to see it actualized further.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD32 → Reactor

Yup, you are right. It's way too simple, had some grand plans of gradual crumbling of the core and everything culminating to huge explosion. I might still work on it later. Thanks.
I understand that you wanted to go simple but even simple games require some core elements like balance or limiting the game area. Could be nice if the camera was on the reactor and rotating so enemies could come from every direction.
Yeah, it's hardly a game.. But solid base to build up! I will try out that camera setup.
Nice prototype (given that's what this really is) and has potential to be padded out into a finished title. Even in it's current state, a few things such as balancing, better feedback and a slight enemy variation (other than aesthetically) would bring this closer to something actually "game-y".
I can't really critique anything that you probably aren't already aware of...
Thanks! I agree.
Pro:
+ 3D and decent graphics
+ Web // So much easier than download
+ Fun game
+ WORKING game
Con:
- You can get off screen
- Hard to kill enemies
- Reactor overheats to fast
Overall: Solid game, well, more like jello. Pretty good for jam though! [4 stars]
