The enemies' bullets are too fast and almost impossible to dodge! A little bit of refining would make it playable... :(

If it's not apparent to anyone else, you have to click on "View Raw" on the github page to trigger the .zip download.

The player seems to move way to fast to allow you to aim. I like that you life refills after you haven't been hit for a few seconds, but since the shield can stay up longer than that, it's really pretty difficult to die.

Thanks for feedback. I will update the description to make apparent what I was trying to do.

Basically, you always reach the last level if you don't die. That's easy if you shield up. However you can't fire while shielded, so you make no score during that time.

A party lasts 4 min. The goal is get the maximum score before time runs out.

fun game, a little difficult but that's not entirely a bad thing. I'm probably just bad :D

can it be a web game?

victor-rene 2014-12-22 19:46

@insane66. In retrospect, I think it could have.

The hitbox on the ship is too big for the size it looks! You should either shrink the hitbox or make the sprite larger. Preferably shrink the hitbox!

@FrankieSmileShow. I agree. At the time I didn't know know about bullet hell games. But I corrected the hitboox in the current version (for Android-Windows). However, I try to stick with the rules of the constest, so I can't really change that. Thanks for your feedback.

Nice simple game. I like the shield mechanic. Some power ups would have be nice to give a little variation to the game. Overall nice work.
