| Oct 9 13:34:45 | Tiny Creatures | ♥ 1 | I had fun trying to draw patterns and rediscover the general feel of the game of life. There is something inherently enjoyable about pressing a few buttons and witnessing the consequences in the chain reaction produced. I've always wanted to make a cellular automata game so this is very interesting to see you experiment with this idea as well. Do you think this could be turned into a more classical puzzle game? Is it something you'd like to try eventually? To me Noita is a bit of a proof that it could serve as a mechanic for pretty much any game. Nice work and I hope you enjoyed your holidays! | |
| Oct 9 17:46:59 | 4h 12m | Black Harvest | ♥ 2 | The visuals are simply incredible. And the sound complements it very well. The gameplay is functional and would totally work on mobile. I could definitely see this as a minigame in a larger professional project. Great work! |
| Oct 9 17:57:45 | 10m 46s | Cheddar or Dead: The Purrfect Nightmare | ♥ 2 | This is really amazing. Simple gameplay mechanics but very fun to play. And the tension. The visuals and sound really make it stressful and immersive. Just brilliant work. |
| Oct 9 18:16:57 | 19m 12s | Ratastrophe | ♥ 0 | This is so much work for one person in three days. Very impressive. I wish there was a single player mode? Even if it meant having only one weapon for example. Keep making games <3 |
| Oct 9 18:36:37 | 19m 40s | Don't Wake me Up | ♥ 3 | Very solid entry. I won't repeat the good comments about the graphics and the mood, which are of course top notch. I also had that stuttering playing the web version and couldn't find a windows build. I'm working on a horror game and this is honestly inspiring to see where you decided to put the effort. I love the exploring, the attention to limiting the player's vision, the green fog creates an intense feeling of danger... Again, inspiring. Keep making games guys. |
