| Oct 2 10:07:19 | 24h 08m | Clearing space | ♥ 1 | I really liked this, it feels like the player has more freedom than a typical puzzle game and thus feels more like designing a solution than finding the only option. Great stuff :) |
| Oct 2 10:22:04 | 14m 45s | CaveBots | ♥ 1 | I really like the concept of this game, However, I think at the moment it is a bit hard to understand what I need to do to progress. On my first playthrough I constantly was out of energy and just having to wait feels pretty bad. On my second go I prioritized generators, which seemed to work better. I believe with all the different components there could be quite some depth in the game. I really liked the graphisc and the music was also nice. Overall very nice game for the jam. :) |
| Oct 2 10:30:00 | 7m 56s | Sea Kelp Tower | ♥ 2 | Really liked this, the idea of having extra weight which can be felt in the movement is nice. The art was also really good. the game is really hard though. I'd like to see the kelp ball be able to fall down and cascade into more points. Nice game :) |
| Oct 2 10:35:53 | 5m 53s | unBound | ♥ 1 | Wow, really nice game! It fits the theme really well and the mechanic is very fun. It lends itself well to puzzle-like parts as well as platformer parts. I do wish the "human" movement was a bit less floaty as it made it hard to stay on the platforms sometimes. The art and was also quite atmospheric and even tough the music loop was short it was enjoyable. Good stuff! |
| Oct 2 10:45:51 | 9m 58s | Piper | ♥ 1 | This game fits the theme really well, except it is basically the same as a very popular mobile game called flow. Although it is very similar its still nice and the puzzles were very fun. |
| Oct 2 10:53:34 | 7m 43s | Whack-a-Soul | ♥ 1 | pretty nice game that fits the theme well. I did get stuck after a while with out being able to press anything :( The music and sound effects fit the aesthetic well. After a few goes I decided to just build a large tower and got tp ~30 000 score |
| Oct 2 21:10:23 | 10h 16m | Girder Panic | ♥ 0 | I've played a lot of spelunky, so the controls were intuitive enough for me (except that attack and jump are switched but oh well). I like the implementation of the mechanic, having certain enemies that increase the space is nice. I do wish there would be some more different enemy types, at the moment it was possible to stand on the same block and alternate between attacking left and right without much difficulty. |
| Oct 2 21:17:36 | 7m 13s | Ascii commando | ♥ 1 | I really like the aesthetic of the game. The gameplay is not the most thrilling, but if the intention is to be a more educational game it works well in showing how letters are encoded in ascii & has a fun little puzzle attached to it. :) |
| Oct 2 21:22:19 | 4m 43s | Quicksand | ♥ 2 | Man that sand is quick! It reminds me a lot of 10 second ninja somehow. I like the concept of the game I would like to be able to see the level for a few seconds before starting to be able to create a plan. Other than that I'd also increase the item sizes a bit as it can be a bit fidgety. Overall I do like the idea a lot :). |
| Oct 2 21:31:32 | 9m 13s | Vessel Pressure | ♥ 1 | That was really fun! I liked how it was basically an escape room in game form. All the puzzles had no explanation yet it was easy to figure out what to do. really nice job, my favorite so far :) |
| Oct 2 21:48:51 | 17m 19s | Seagull Island | L'île aux Goélands | ♥ 4 | Very relaxing game ☺️. The audio and visuals really add to the mood. The building was also really fun as you want to create a nice house but also get points. Really enjoyed it! :) |
