| Apr 5 19:10:37 | Robots attack! | ♥ 1 | For people who came to the comment section to figure out how to play/what is going on - I think I eventually worked it out: - Hold Space to move (towards you cursor) - Left click on an object to pick it up when you are close - Right click to put it down - There are automatic guns and rocket launchers and torches that you can position around the room - Bad guys come out from the red lights at the side of the room - The grey cogs should be put in the shute To the creator - this is a cool game, but you really need to convey what you're meant to do/how to do it! It took me a good while to figure out how to do anything, and I nearly just rage quit after dying 5 times in a row not knowing how to do anything, or what I was meant to do. Once I eventually figured it out: it's pretty cool! I liked the light mechanic where most things are dark, and the fact there are hidden guns in the dark that you can use. Pretty neat game idea and genuinely had a lot of fun playing it (edit: looks like you can also buy more guns/resources using the switches in exchange for 5 cogs) | |
| Apr 5 20:34:54 | 1h 24m | The Beast Within | ♥ 3 | Fun game, and very on theme, and looks really nice! really good submission I played it through a few times, and I think I've now cheesed the game because I'm on day 16 and I've found a way to survive indefinitely (by putting the lego bricks in middle-floor doorway and then running up to the attic - he tip toes so slowly round the door frame that most of the night is gone before he eventually gets through) - not so inevitable any more! |
