| Apr 25 16:35:15 | Chef, yes chef! | ♥ 2 | Really fun! A interesting take on a cooking game. A scoring system or a time limit would probalby add alot. Right now you have no reason to not spam spacebar until you get it. Great work! | |
| Apr 28 08:56:50 | 64h 21m | Cosmic Smoothies | ♥ 0 | I took me a while to understand the gameplay mechanics especially throwing the fruit in the blender but after a few minites of struggling I started to really enjoy myselfe. The basic gameplay works really well for the most part and you have mixed space invanders with smoothie making without making one part feel tacked on the other and unnecessary wich is impressive. My only gripe with the gameplay is when one time when I lined up to catch a smoothie a fruit fell in my hands instead. I also feel like there should be some sort of time restiction or something else on the snoothie delivery but that wouldn't mix well with the random spawning of the fruit. Some enemy variation would be great but is a bit of an unreasonable expectation for a LD game. I really love the color choise, purple, turqoise and pink mix really well, but the ground texture is a bit disapointing and looks really bland next to the other textures. And I personally dislike having diffrent pixel scaling and especially the stretching.. Really great work! |
| Apr 28 09:07:07 | 10m 17s | BatBall: The Debut | ♥ 1 | I really stuggled with the bat mechanics but different the story lines were really good, especialy for a LD GAME. My favorite moment was when I jumped off the world to see what happened and you boxed me in on my next attempt. I really didn't expect that! |
| Apr 28 11:26:49 | 2h 19m | Orcs Must JAM! | ♥ 1 | Super cute game! I really love the dancing cactuses and the music is great. I would have prefered to have the rythm be based on the accual beat not the sound waves as I found it hard to time the keystrokes to the visual soundwaves even if they "hit" the orcs in time with the music. It's a bit hard to explain but it just feals wrong to me. The rythm system is also super abusable as there isn't anything stopping you from mashing the buttons wich also is super effective. A really cool game but the rythm system needs a look over |
