You could give the player a way to make an impact on the game world, like allowing them to leave a message of their own. |

Despite those, this little game was really fun to play! While I like the simplicity of the game, I do think one more mechanic - something like blocking - would make for a bit more interesting game play. All round good job though! I'm excited to see what you do with this in the future. |

The art style works perfectly, and the interesting story and simple mechanics together make for a really fun and engaging experience. The increasing difficulty also makes the game nice and challenging, and creates some serious chaos! Playing this has taught me some valuable lessons that I'll be taking into the next Ludum Dare. |

I really like the lily pad 'mini map' at the top of the screen, and the ability to push the lily pads around was something fresh. I thought I just sucked at it, but I see other comments are also pointing out that it is a bit difficult.
