| Apr 19 06:02:00 | Hotline Trump Tower | Great little game, I think you really nailed the Hotline Miami aesthetic in terms of music selection and mechanics. The art was definitely quite appealing, though I felt the minimalist aesthetic of the architecture clashed a bit with the more detailed character sprites. The premise itself though was pretty amusing and it was definitely a good 10 minute bite of gameplay. | |
| Apr 19 20:56:00 | 14h 54m | Kenneth Rice: Vampire Detective | Very good visual novel! I felt the background outside the speakeasy wasn't necessarily appropriate for the era but that's just a nitpick. Very well written dialogue, I hope to see more! |
| Apr 20 04:37:00 | 7h 41m | Dr. Deckenstein: An Adventure in Severed Parts | Nice little deck-building game you made! Unfortunately the option to remove wounds instead of taking a card didn't actually seem to remove said wounds in my playthrough. I also had issues reading some of the text on the cards because it was so small, I wish there had been a full screen option but what I was able to read did get a chuckle or two out of me! |
| Apr 20 05:52:00 | 1h 15m | Arnold Stallion's Pump or Die | I love the River City Ransom style graphics and that great music (though it is rather loud in my opinion). Combined with the humor, the game had a really bouncy, bright atmosphere.

Where this kind of falls short for me is the gameplay, specifically the button mashing aspect of gaining power. It felt a little tacked on to me. |
| Apr 20 06:06:00 | 14m 00s | SandShifter | Wow! The shapeshifting mechanic is really awesome! I think you have something to expand on with that.

I did think the game was a little easy though, I wish there had been another level after the third one. |
| Apr 20 06:10:00 | 4m 00s | Corvid | Web version doesn't seem to be loading up on either the embed or the linked site (Firefox/Windows 10) |
| Apr 21 00:55:00 | 18h 45m | Morphing Maria | Great puzzle design! Difficult enough that you feel clever after you've solved them.

I do wish that the controls were a little less sensitive, I overshot switches far too often and having to restart so often was a little frustrating. |
| Apr 21 07:29:00 | 6h 34m | windowframe | Very well thought out mechanic with an interesting visual style that leans on the fourth wall quite a bit I'd say.

My primary issue was that the controls made going through some of the levels a bit of a chore. There were definitely instances where I felt like I understood what I was supposed to do but failed to execute it properly because jumping is so hard to do precisely on a mouse and keyboard. I would recommend adding controller support for future versions. |
| Apr 23 22:18:00 | 62h 49m | I am Ned and I am a Hippo | Very funny dialogue and graphics choices! I would have liked to have seen more puzzles and less searching through Wikipedia though. |
| Apr 25 15:22:00 | 41h 04m | Boyd, P.I. | Unfortunately, this game crashed my browser after I died so I am unable to review it. (Firefox 45/Windows 10) |
| Apr 25 15:34:00 | 12m 00s | Keysmith's in a hurry! | This is an interesting little game. I could see it as part of a bigger game like a store management sim or even a job you could do in an RPG town. It did take me a while to figure out which bits with "cute" and which were "stylish." Felt like maybe there should be a tooltip when you highlighted each part or something. |
| Apr 30 18:31:00 | 122h 57m | Another Dimension | It's an interesting idea but I didn't have fun with it. The controls were too difficult for me. |
