Dec 15 18:49:00 What the PUCK? This is awesome! Super fun. I'm going to play it with a coworker tomorrow over lunch.
Dec 15 18:58:00 9m 00s SPAM Simulator 2015 This looks funny, but I wasn't able to run it on Windows 7: there was no executable in the zip.
Dec 15 20:08:00 1h 10m Totally Normal Train Hey, nice work! I really like the idea of a resource-management "runner". I was cruising along, taking on cargo...then "aagh where's a gas station! not oil, gas!" ... and then I ran out. 115km. Or miles :D
Dec 15 20:19:00 11m 00s Isn't that crate? Wow, that's some polish! The 4th puzzle was, as promised, very tricky :)
Dec 15 21:00:00 41m 00s Growing Knowledge This is a cool idea, but I think the key to turning it into more of a game is a little more structure. Maybe more of a treasure hunt? Perhaps get some topics of interest from the player, do some quick link analysis on wiki articles and see if people can gather X articles about Y? Or perhaps "jump to random wiki page, discover why &lt;insert some fact loosely associated with that wiki page topic&gt;" <br/> <br/>Keep it up!
Dec 15 21:15:00 15m 00s Drunk Balloon I think it might be broken -- the camera was falling into infinity as soon as the game started.
Dec 15 21:43:00 28m 00s Cashnivor holy cow, this is really impressive. I love the old man's house lifting off, and it was delightful to see my mega-casino thing come to life.
Dec 17 20:21:00 46h 38m React! This is wonderful! :D <br/> <br/>Super fun and engaging. Delightful game.
Dec 17 20:33:00 12m 00s Gun Growers Cool game! The platformer bit of the tutorial took me longer than you probably intended (echoing the 'slightly float-y/disorienting physics comments from others) but the mechanic is very cool :) I had lots of fun building up my gun in goofy ways, and seeing the bullets pulse through my contraption made me chuckle. Good work!
Dec 17 20:45:00 12m 00s The Regrowth of Layeon One minor suggestion: put the 'submit' button in auto-focus, so the player can type commands and then 'enter'. I had to keep clicking 'submit' and that distracted from the game. Good job making a game! Writing is hard, but keep at it!
Dec 17 21:07:00 22m 00s Ministry of Growth and Information @Ampera: thanks for trying it out! Every channel except the government has at least one, most have more. That said, you might have to listen very carefully to some of them...
Dec 17 21:11:00 4m 00s Shoot & Dash Tough game! I like the flashy explosions :)
Dec 17 21:43:00 32m 00s Runes of the Kin-Tree I played several rounds until I finally good enough to grow my tree all the way. Nice work!
Dec 17 23:24:00 1h 41m I Have No Keys, and I Must Code Not a windows programmer, so I don't have much feedback on the source structure, but this is a really fun and creative puzzle layout for programmers :) <br/> <br/>It's a fine line between "fun puzzle" and "this feels a little too much like debugging code at $work", and you certainly landed on the "fun" side. If you explore this idea further, I'd see if you can improve the parser so that a wider range of solutions will work: my silly approaches like 11 - -11 - -1 - -1 - -1 - -1 - -1 for 27 made it think I was missing a semicolon. Good work!
Dec 25 23:10:00 191h 46m Grippy Glove Boxing Good job finishing a game! We had a quick multiplayer session and it was a little difficult at first to figure out who was on top and who was on bottom. Also agree about 'button spam for victory' - just a tad more strategy would make it a much more engaging game. Cool idea!
Dec 25 23:34:00 24m 00s Winter Quest Nice graphics, well-suited audio, very polished game. One bit of feedback: there were a few 'player is permanently stuck' spots where it wasn't obvious that this was the intention: just "oh, whoops, accumulated a little too much, now I can't quite make it up the hill."
Dec 31 18:37:00 139h 03m MonoSurvive Nice music! Otherwise similar feedback to BoxedMeatRevolution.
Dec 31 18:42:00 5m 00s Prisoners' Dilemma Wow, very cool idea, and well executed. Just need more people around to play :)
Dec 31 20:49:00 2h 07m RocketBoy Well done! Agree with previous reviewers that sound would have been a big plus, and sure, the art is a sketch, but I was engaged enough to finish the challenging final level, and had some frustrating fun trying over and over :) <br/> <br/>Great job giving the player an increasing sense of mastery; the platformer polish (movement, physics) were sufficiently good that I never felt that I died unfairly. On the same note, good level design: the final level was hard but obviously possible to complete, so I stuck with it, even after dying on that dang last little bump right before the door.
Dec 31 21:57:00 1h 08m Little Seeds of Evil Very nice! Shockingly polished, nice execution of a MP platformer.
Dec 31 22:33:00 36m 00s Don't Let Your Cat Starve Hmm, I must be missing something relative to the other reviewers, but I couldn't quite figure things out. I plant the seeds, and eventually they turn into more seeds...I plant those..and by the time they're heading to seed my cats have starved. I don't see any cows :(
Dec 31 22:54:00 21m 00s Determinist Ball Whoohoo! Beat it! Became easier when I decided to have orange/blue operate with left/right hands. Nice level design, nifty movement mechanic (I'm a sucker for gravity swing platformers, so I was delighted by the final challenge :))
