| Aug 25 04:41:00 | Being a Video Game Monster! | I was unable to beat it, as I ended up getting stuck on the level with the house in the sky. I figured I should be jumping on the lasers to get up there, but was unable to successfully do so. The camera felt a bit wonky at times, and I was unable to jump while holding W which made some puzzles tough. Cool idea, and the puzzles were pretty varied which was nice. | |
| Aug 25 04:45:00 | 4m 00s | Ladybirds massacre | The controls were confusing at first, but I think I figured out that "down" is the way to move "forward", and then it made sense. Cool premise. |
| Aug 25 04:58:00 | 13m 00s | Blenderman | The graphics and audio and gameplay are equally lovely. Lovely and simple. The menus were their own little puzzle which was neat. |
| Aug 29 03:41:00 | 94h 43m | Succubus | Sweet! Controls felt solid, the damage effects and explosions were appealing and the gameplay was good. Only gripes are the game was a bit short (it took me longer on my first playthrough, but subsequent playthroughs were much quicker), and the background clashed with the foreground a bit. |
| Aug 29 03:59:00 | 18m 00s | Poopie the Flying Monster | Cool game. Took quite awhile to level up, losing because of the cops and having to start over was annoying, and the lightning bolt collision detection felt unfair, but the gameplay was fun, the powerup options were good, and it felt nice to poo on people once I got things upgraded. Music might have been nice, but it was fine without it. |
| Aug 30 01:02:00 | 21h 03m | I Am the Baby <3 | Very polished! I like how each machine is different and has it's own quirks. Took me a bit to figure out how taming and targeting works, but once I did the game made a lot of sense. The length and level variation is very nice. It isn't too short or long, and gets more interesting each level. The ranged machines are pretty annoying, but since there are health pickups it's possible to survive being hit a few times. |
| Aug 30 02:10:00 | 1h 08m | Delivery! | The graphics looks very nice (bg, van, city), except for maybe the text boxes. Some sound would've been nice, but the rest of what you have, for 9 hours of work, is pretty impressive. I tried my best to drive responsibly initially, but after delivered the bioweapon I drove around very recklessly for a while. The jumps and car physics are wonderful to play around with; great job with the mechanics. |
| Aug 30 02:27:00 | 17m 00s | St. George's Academy for Monster-Slaying Lasses | I like the hand-drawn graphics, and the story was interesting. The music wasn't bad, but didn't fit the mood I don't think. Not always a fan of RenPy games, but the subject matter and art style kept me interested in this one. Nice work. |
| Aug 30 04:15:00 | 1h 48m | Don't Stick Me | The controls scheme and camera were pretty wonky, but the game was fun. |
| Aug 30 04:32:00 | 17m 00s | Dungeon Battle | The difficulty scaling felt appropriate, and the attacking/blocking mechanics were good and simple. Some sort of audio/visual feedback on a successful block would be cool, but what you already have is solid. |
| Aug 30 05:15:00 | 43m 00s | Monere (unfinished) | Wonderful graphics. I really like the slowly changing color. The orbs looked kind of out of place, for me at least. The audio fits very well. I enjoyed watching things bounce around for awhile. |
