LD26 — Minimalism

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I feel really flattered by your comments :D

I have to agree with Evoker here, I really didn't have enough time to add a lot of content, so as it is, this game is more of a prototype then a full game. I really feel like making this a more complete game in the near future.

Ouch... I tried it in Chrome as well, didn't load at first but I changed some things in the embed tag and now it does! give it another shot if you'd like :)

LD39 — Running out of Power

Very impressive!

I love the idea of the power boots! Very nice take on the theme.

The world is pretty big and I wasn't sure where to go. I think I've seen most of it, but I can't really be sure. I'm just very impressed with what you've managed to create. The graphics are nice, the world is fun to play around in, and overall the game just felt polished.

Heya! You got a ton of reviews already I see, but I wanted to give my two cents anyway ;) First of all, the art style is very simple, but it works! Well done! I have some regards to the controls however. First of all, I would scale the ratio between drag distance and jump height down a bit. I felt like I had to drag really far most of the times. Also, let the player drag from any point instead of just the player: Lets say the player is near the bottom right edge and I want to jump to the top left. if I can start my drag from any point, there won't be any issues. These two points would also save another issue: The screen resolution of the device you're running the game on can now determine how high and far you can jump. Furthermore, the arc of the jump feels a bit strange. Finally, if I run out of power after making a jump, I can't finish the level anymore? That felt a bit unintuitive.

I don't at all feel negative about the game though. It is simple, but that also means you have been able to execute it very well! The graphics and audio are good, and there's quite some content.

Well done!

Hi! There is no android build yet, but the game should run in your mobile browser!

Thanks for your reactions! We edited the in-game error message and the description on this page, to hopefully make it clearer a debug build is available.

Regarding the cars moving backwards, the cars move backwards when your device is charging, because time is going backwards ;) Similarly, snowflakes will 'fall upwards' or downwards, and the streetlights will be turned on or off depending on wether you are charging your device. In the debug build, this can be toggled with [T]
