The serene sound design and dark color palette create a wonderful mood for this game! I really like it. My only complaint is that the difficulty is fairly high in the beginning with trying to understand the gravity for the oddly-shaped planets.
That music... this game is scary
The title is accurate. Not sure why I start with golden potatoes in normal mode and not Christmas mode.
Addicting, but very difficult. The hit detection on the green guys seems a little unfair sometimes: you get hurt by them even when it looks like you clearly bounce on them from above. Also might be nice if you bounced a bit higher off of them, since it sometimes makes you hit a bullet afterwards.
I'm using a laptop w/ touchpad and can't seem to get the resizing to work, which probably breaks the game, so I won't rate it. But I can say that the cocoa walls sometimes appear really close together, which is very difficult to get through... the sprinkles also just pass right through the donut sometimes, though maybe they don't if your donut is large.
Cute idea though. Who doesn't like looking at donuts and sprinkles? ;)
A nice idea that reminded me of breakout, though it has a few issues like not having very much influence over where the ball bounces using the edge of your paddle and needing to wait a while for the bucket to rotate sometimes (would have preferred it to be faster). The "awh!" sound effect was funny and a nice touch. Some background music really would have helped too!
It's a really neat concept, but the pausing while statues move/dialogue can sometimes kill you when the game resumes. Also, it's not clear when you hit a checkpoint
I enjoy being large
