cool mood and it certainly sets a sad tone. however, I think the sound got a bit too repetitive and the narrative was a bit flat. i like the move-and-observe mechanic.
quite difficult, but it works fine. congrats on the entry! btw, maybe the progression could be a bit smoother? i think adding tweens would be pretty cool too.
not much in terms of interaction, a quite dry implementation of conway's game of life. I wish I could draw my own patterns at the start.

the graphics and theme are nice, but I found the gameplay a bit annoying. would be nice to have keyboard controls on the windows version.
