i really really REALLY love the game! the concept gives me major splatoon vibes. and the final boss design was super cool. it kinda looked like pearl from steven universe, but thats just my perspective. thanks so much for making this game. its so great that Vimlark acknowledged ur game! keep up the good work.
@shaolin-dave thanks so much for the feedback! i didnt have much time, so i couldnt add any sound effects or much context, but ill give some to you. your main character is a child who woke up in the middle of the night and he is scared that there's a monster hiding in his room. he tries to sprint over to his mom's room, but hes too groggy to even open the door. when he gets captured by the "monster" it was all just a flashback from 2 years ago. he gets up, still feeling sort of unnerved, and walks out of his room. this supposed "monster" was his abusive biological dad that went to jail 2 years ago. he currently lives with his mom, her unnamed boyfriend, and his brother. there were some limitations with construct 3, so i couldnt fit all of that context in there. sorry if i couldnt respond to your feedback in time.
YOOOOO THIS IS SO COOL! I love the graphics, the story, the art, everything is just amazing! Clammy is adorable! If you plan on expanding this game in the future, can you maybe add a function where you can skip the cutscenes/dialogue? Other than that, WOW! 8.7/10.
