Uhm, I don't want to sound too harsh, but... With some irony and some levity this would've been a funny out-of-contest (since this is obviously not a game) divertissement. Instead it appears to take itself too seriously, thus ending in a bland and immature speed-take on a philosophical concept that has already been widely dealt with in every possible medium, games included.
You gotta love the graphics in this game, and Dr Brain is a great character :)
I really like the ironic way of dealing with the theme, the shrieking graphics, the music, and the high difficulty of the hardcore mode (I beat the regular mode hands down, ehehehe). Modernity, the third level, has definitely the highest visual appeal (I don't know if I just made a sociological statement here or not).
It might need a little more polish (mostly jump animations and a better "feeling" for the collisions with those damned spikes and ptero-birds), but seen the limited time the online highscores are a huge and cool addition :)

Beautiful game with beautiful art. I'm so frustrated I didn't participate and thus I can't vote for it :P
