I would like to complain on how some paper would not collect and made this game unenjoyable. Otherwise, nice job!

You need to not be in alert mode to collect the papers. If you get caught you have to wait until they leave you alone to recollect the papers.
And where is the Tilesetswapping Part?
Tile set swapping isn't mandatory Timm. It's just a suggested feature.
Simple game, nicely made. I included it in part 1 of my MiniLD #59 compilation video series, if you would like to check it out :) https://youtu.be/-NBxQmEjzKE
Very nice game Jupiter
