I found the crafting system interesting! Having recipes to work toward made the scavenging feel more purposeful. One thing that confused me at first was the recipe list on the right (see screenshot). I didn't realize I could drag it up and down to scroll through the recipes. I kept clicking the entries, and nothing seemed to happen. A visible scrollbar or a small “drag to scroll” hint would have helped me understand the interface sooner.

The game seems pretty interesting, especially the exploration aspect. I really enjoyed exploring the map, finding different items, and discovering new things in the environment. It makes me curious about what I might find next. However, at the beginning, I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do or where to go. For example, I found a door almost by accident, just by clicking and interacting with everything randomly. I think adding a short tutorial or at least a few hints would help new players understand the mechanics and objectives much faster. I also noticed that exploring the map without background music feels a bit boring. Adding some atmospheric music would make exploration more immersive and enjoyable. Overall, the game has interesting ideas and good potentia

I think this game is awesome, and I was really enjoying exploring the map. However, I never found the 3rd piece to complete the radio, even after uncovering 100% of the map. Still, one of the best games especially in atmosphere that I've played so far.
This was a fun game! I feel like you got the pacing of the gameplay just right! My only issue with it was that I found it hard to tell T1, T2 and T3 resources apart (especially the electronics), which made choosing what to loot hard sometimes. There was some great tension when you left your run home late and just still had two tiles to go with less than 10 seconds left. The sound you had was good, but I feel like it would have benefitted from a haunting music track, too. Overall, great job!
@cheeks I think I found the part that you would've missed, and it was definitely a bit more obscured then it was supposed to have been, hopefully that fix gets uploaded soon. Other than that, it's nice to hear people enjoying the game.
@human-writes-code yeah that was a bit of a pain point, I had some ideas for showing the differences between the resources but we might've been a little over-scoped, and some things fell through the cracks, sadly. As it is, they have a slight brightness difference in the background colours, which is really hard to see to be fair, especially for the electronics. The easy fix I had in mind would've been putting a small piece of text bottom right of their icons, that just read T1, T2 & T3 as applicable. The other was to make the background for tier 1's be a diamond, tier 2's backgrounds an 8 sided star and tier 3's have a 12 sided star. The readability just wasn't on our minds at the last leg, unfortunately.
I really agree with you and @erbol about having some nice haunting music or ambience would've really helped with the atmosphere of the game alot. It's really nice to hear you enjoyed the pacing and the nice bit of tension from pushing runs right to the end of the timer. I really appreciate hearing people have been enjoying this jam.
@welovegames and @erbol, we probably should've added a small little tutorial or one time hints to help with some of the lack of clarity in menus. I added a controls guide in the description to help alleviate some of the potential friction hopefully.

I really liked the color coded inventory bar. Simple but effective.
