The bulky diving suits and little pools of green light make a lovely, eerie image. Old diving equipment is a great fit for a treasure hunt, and having a mysterious Lady Darington directing everyone from afar adds a fun story hook! I didnt manage to play with coop features, im so keen to try your GOTY edition lol (voice chat is crazy i cant even imagine how complex thatd be to set up)

Not something extraordinary, but the idea of rope and overall setting is interesting. With this graphics reminds me a lot Lethal company.
The eerie underwater setting and bulky old-school diving suits make for a great atmosphere. The treasure hunt and rope mechanics sound fun, and Lady Darington adds a nice story hook. Great work!
This game delivers an amazingly tense and atmospheric co-op horror experience that is an absolute blast with friends! Dodging those terrifying fish adds just the right amount of panic to every dive:). Huge congratulations to the whole team for crafting such a polished and fun game jam entry!

I'm not sure what I'm even supposed to do. The voice didn't say anything besides "snap a photo if something looks interesting". There's a fish, but it doesn't even do anything. I can just roam around in a 70 m radius and dig with a shovel.
really nice vibes on this one! as soon as i saw The Thing i unfortunately remembered how afraid i am of big things in the ocean so I didn't make it far, but this is a very inventive and a great use of the theme. love the lofi visuals and atmosphere - i could see this becoming a really fun co-op horror game with time! Great work!

The setup of having to locate a hidden treasure based on instructions sounds like a clever twist on the standard treasure hunt. The constant pressure of those deep-sea predators really raises the stakes for what feels like a complicated recovery mission.

@mikoolec Yeah it's not obvious that the measuring tape requires two people to use, but you can kind of get around it by checking how much of your tether is left. You can use the compass to follow the directions given by Lady Darington, which should include a direction and a distance (if you miss them during the descent or forget the numbers you can always check it in the pause menu) Then when you're sure you're at the right place, use the shovel to dig it up. Hope this helps anyone that is confused about what to do
A really great concept; I liked it.
Great job! I really like the ability to try a co-op with my friends! I felt horror similar to what Subnautica has! My only problem is that if you mishear an instruction at the start, you’re done. Maybe it would be better to leave a hint about that somewhere.
Cooperative games are a rare treat at jams, so it's great to see one here — and the deep-sea atmosphere comes across beautifully. Really enjoyed it!)

Really fun concept! Multiplayer worked flawlessly so well done there. I wish the monster was a bit more of a gameplay mechanic but overall had fun!
Had some fun playing this co-op! It was interesting to manage which teammate was using which tool. It took us a while to realize that we had to remember Lady Darington's instructions; maybe it would help to keep those visible in the UI or something?
