Very interesting realisation of the idea
Solid jam experience! The mechanics are simple, intuitive, and fun to mess around with. Great execution for 72 hours!
Great job! It would be even better if there were some landmarks to help me find my way around~ Also, since there are chairs placed around, it would be really nice if we could actually sit on them and enjoy the view for a while!
I like this entry and the atmosphere a lot!
If you have done everythings in the game its a big game for a jam its cool et your good guys. The game is a bit slow, maybe lesser object to recolt in a smaller map.
This game nails a brilliant dystopian atmosphere with a super tense and engaging survival gameplay loop! Balancing limited inventory slots while dodging deadly AI drones makes every scrap run an exciting tactical choice. The sleek retro-futuristic concept and tight controls fit the jam theme perfectly. Huge kudos to the team for putting together such a polished and fun experience!
I like the contrast between the cozy bunker and the ruins outside. Having to choose what to carry back while drones are hunting you sounds tense.
I left my ratings! If you get a chance, please check out and rate our game too: [Robot Workshop](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/60/trashfight).
The idea that every scrap run is a step toward building a machine that can change everything is a brilliant narrative hook. The pervasive presence of the drones successfully turns basic scavenging into a genuinely tense survival mission.
You walk around the location, pick up respawning items in houses and ruins, and that's the core loop. It's oddly absorbing, and the robot AI keeps things tense, since once they spot you it's challenging to get away. I like how the game looks too, with strong graphics, and the respawn system means you can take your time around the first hatch. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have a system that removes items you've already fully collected from the loot pool.
Nice use of assets. Very impressive size for a jam game.
Hmm, an unusual take on the theme. Interesting)
