Congrats on your first game! I’m a sucker for steampunk so the style got me right away. Two small things: the text is pretty slow, especially at the start when you just wanna get going, so a skip button or faster text would help. Also when I pressed two directions at once Boris just stopped and I thought my keyboard was broken lol. Otherwise really nice, it was just over way too soon, I would’ve loved to keep playing more puzzles and rooms. Looking forward to your next one!

Simple but effective. A little more polish and it'd be even better, for example adjustable sound volume etc)

Good start. Add some sounds: steps, doors, succes solution, countdown timer...

There's something magical about this game. All the glowing, flickering, and moving elements give it a really charming feel, though they could use a bit more polish. Either way, congrats on your first game! It's a solid effort!

It looks neat at first glance, but could use some visual overhauling in small bits if you wanted to make this a full game. There's some mixels where some assets appear higher def than others, which is a little offputting. I'd also get stuck on things, maybe collision boxes were off? I'm not sure how gamemaker does those to know. Still, it's enjoyable to walk around in and listen to. A lot for a first game, so I think you've learned the value of scope for game jams (especially ones where we get only 3 days). It's neat for what we do get.
