The slow movement speed really tests my impatience ;) After finding like 5 logs it seemingly become impossible to find more, I walked all the way down and there wasn't a single log. The art style and sound are lovely I have to say
I like the atmosphere and art here. The field of view effect works really well at obscuring the items in the distance. I do wish I could interact with more in the environment, like the mushrooms or gold. My high score was 260 seconds with 14 logs.
I agree with the movement speed, I think it's actually a bug. In testing you moved every so slightly faster. I updated the speed, changed the friction from 0.9 to 0.93. It should feel a lot better now!
Nice little game, athmospheric and cute graphics. I don't agree with others about the controls - I think they work pretty good.

A fun and unique game, the vibe is great and the polish really shows. great application of the theme too
The game definitely had some nice atmosphere with the audio design. I think the movement is a bit too slow. Maybe being able to move quickly, but then slowing down when carrying logs would spice things up, along with a longer torch to allow for more exploration to scout out logs before grabbing them.
