Cute little game. The screenshot of the game hit me right in the nostalgia part of my brain, and so did the game. Even though the level design was simple, it was good. It felt very organic. Couldn't help but smile when I reached the end. Don't know you did it, but you managed to make a slug without eyes cute. So overall, well done :)

A sweet little game for gameboy, i think with a littlebit more time this could“ve been a sweet game for back in the gameboy days

Aaaaw the Gameboy vibe totally moved me :')

Music & graphics are perfect, and I 100% empathized with the little slug <3

The lack of ennemies didn't hit me, I enjoyed the ride ! I would have liked to meet other slugs to have a little chat haha

I liked the gameboy aesthetic and the gameplay was fun. It could be a really good game if it was longer!

This game is very cute and very fun! It looks polished and the color scheme is great. I love being this little sea slug!

Had a great time exploring this little world! Graphics and platforming are very solid, the music too. It was just like exploring the caves in Metroid 2!

This looks like something 4-8 year old me would've loved to play in the car ride home late at night.

To bad about not having enough time to add enemies for some challenge.

Overall still a nice entry.

Graphics are great and so is the sound. My only gripe is that the game itself was kind of boring, but given the time frame this is pretty good. Great Job!

Very nicely done! The artstyle is very good, but the main thing I would suggest is just some sort of seashell counter, since there isn't much feedback for collecting them. Still, it's a solid game and the level design helped guide me well even with the small camera view.

The art looks so good, this was a really cute game!

For some reason I can't start the game, but I'm digging the screenshots and music on the title screen!

Nice. Controls are a little sticky. Good fit for Game Boy.

As a fellow GB artist myself, very happy to see a handful of GB studio entries this jam!

Wonderful use of the Gameboy palette, very cute sprites and setting. I always love seeing games with non-human characters, especially ones that are more unusual creatures like sea slugs!

As someone who has only dabbled with GB studio I know that any comment about the movement is something that can probably only be tweaked with a headache haha so I'm unsure if I can even suggest tweaking the movement. But if possible, messing with the jump speed and movement would help for a much smoother experience.

As I said, love the sprites and art and the only crit I have is I was initially quite afraid of the spiked balls as I thought they were dangerous. I think if you had them as floating way above where the character can go, that would aid in them being seen as more atmospheric and less a dangerous object.

As @pixelbug pointed out, I was initially thinking the game would have kept track of the shells I collected and then at the end I would have either been required to have so many, and then go back and collect more, or I would have gotten a normal ending/bad ending if I didn't have enough and then a special ending/normal good ending if I had collected them all.

Other than that a really cute little game boy game entry, great job.

Very cute, I love the artwork!
