Awesome works! There is something unique in the mix of visual, sound and gameplay that's making it engaging to play and also super chill. You don't fear that much for your life, but as lineheha said, it's soothing to glide and it doesn't feel that repetitive even if it's the same action. I love that you can kinda construct your boat with several planks but it's a bit hard to control and it was often difficult to make what I wanted. Again, superb work and I had a lot of fun, thank you.
I loved the art and the idea behind the game. i think it fits the theme quite well. However, i think the music was kind of lound and not really well mixed,the repetition of the high notes were becoming annoying, it would ahve need compression. (audio engineer talking here), some sound effects were missing to bring the world alive. On the mechanic side, I would have liked if there were some challenge incoming while flooded. Example woods coming down the river that could potentially destroy your raft. However i know it's a game jam game and we don't always have the time to do all we wanted to. You did a great job tho, Congrats!
