Love the art and general style, but perhaps a little slow gameplay wise. However, was also a big fan of the daytime camp perk mechanic! well done

Lots of nice execution touches in the research menu, generous hit areas on melee attacks. I think the game would feel a bit smoother if you could avoid locking the character as much during attacks. I often would attack or fire in the wrong direction because I was attacking and trying to change facing in the middle. I'd also like to be able to aim my magic with the mouse, but maybe that would be too strong. Felt like melee attack damage was the best stat to level up by far. Nice job!

The animations and audio were very nicely done. I liked the enemy variety, although I couldn't tell what was different about them except that the robots(?) seemed to be much worse for the egg. I like the idea of spending your hours of the day on projects as the resource, but you may want to change "rest until dawn" to "rest until dusk"
Really fun idea. I think the nights were a bit too short and a bit too easy which was a shame because I love the mechanic but I really enjoyed the music. I not too sure if at the end when the egg hatches that is the end of if it just glitched of because their was no indication if that was the end or not.
