It took me a few tries to get the hang of this game but after understanding the basics it seemed to make sense. I enjoy the artwork but I feel it was too difficult for me. Good job!

Difficulty is too high. It's lacking some kind of feedback when you use one of the organs. I like the simplicity of graphics, but UI needs polishing.
Love the idea :)
Excellent use of the theme! It reminds me a lot of my game, what with all the jumping around inside something trying to keep it alive. The difficulty is a bit on the harsh side for sure, but that should be simple enough to resolve. Some feedback when interacting with the organs would definitely help as well; the high difficulty was definitely exacerbated by not being able to easily tell whether I was doing the right thing without staring at the status bars.
Neat concept & good use of the theme! Gameplay was pretty hard at first until I got used to it since the meters drop so fast. Also the jump button was a little finicky, and the food being so close to the heart threw me off at first. Once I got the hang of it it was pretty fun, but there's no increase in difficulty or anything else happening so not much reason to keep playing after you learn the rhythm. Could be cool with some sound & more progression/changing difficulty. Keep it up!
The game has a steep learning curve and takes a bit to get used to. The UI could use a lot of polishing. Adding something for replay ability would help quite a bit but the game overall is very well done.
