I got my score to 7500 and then there didn't seem to be any further enemies spawning. Some sound effects and music would have added a lot but I found it interesting and fun. Fighting on top of a car had interesting gameplay.
Pretty cool - one thing if you're doing 'pixel' art though, is to keep the scale consistent , the weapons / vechicles and characters are all at different resolutions.
If you're spriting - maybe lay them all out in the same image/document first, so they can all be upscaled the same. ld45_db-036.jpg
