the concept of manage and sacrifice (or not) workers depending of their behaviour is interesting. As dapotap said, the game requires a lot of attention on the message log each month, but maybe this message disappear a little bit to fast (in my case, but i'm a little bit slow to read ^^') You could also add more impact about firing people (like, i don't know, they're angry and that can also affect the reputation, but it may be too much if combine with the impact at the end of each month) Anyway, nice work.
