This looks awesome! Unfortunately though, I can't get past the menu... The play button doesn't seem to work. I'm on the windows version if that makes any difference. The tutorial and book works and looks great! Please tag me once it's fixed, I would love to play.
The art style was very good, the animations are also very good, I believe that the sound effects were made by yourself, they were very cool, must have a job while doing all this and still create an initial cutscene. My only point would be that I felt a little trouble understanding how to proceed at the beginning, but I should be a bit slow haha. Congratulations on the work, it was great.
Sorry for bad english.

A very nice game. It feels VERY polished, with the cut scene, menu and tutorial. The controls felt a bit awkward, as everything relied on a lfet click of the mouse. That included moving, shooting and sacrificing. Often, you wanted to do one of those things, but not the others, and only a single control makes it hard. I often found myself sacrificing stuff when shooting or moving. Maybe consider making the sacrifice control be right click? Could have also used wasd and/or arrows for moving. It was also a bit finnicky trying to get new goats or exit the stage. The collisions for those events felt a bit too small and unresponsive, particularly the exit from level. Also, clicks were only registered if they occured over the floor. I thought that maybe you had to click the door to escape but this didn't do anything. Perhaps the next level event should occur when you click on the door, rather than the small space out the front of the door.
I loved the cut scene with the grumbles and grunts of the old man, it was quite funny. Whilst it was all to avoid a 1 cent tax, I question if it was worthwhile to sacrifice his entire flock to defeat demons, but still funny nevertheless. The art accompanying it was also very neat. There was however, conflict in the visual styles used throughout the game. The menu and cut scene used a toony, hand drawn style, which was nice and quite suiting. The actual game however, used a strange pixelation filter, which didn't really fit the established visual style. It felt strange to pixelate it, almost like you were hiding something? Dunno but the pixelation didn't feel right.
The last level felt impossible. So many enemies, so few bullets. It also seemed next to impossible to dodge the projectiles that one of the demons flung. Maybe slow the bullets down, speed up the player or give the player more control to even the odds? In general, more control will improve the experience, as skill is required to beat the game rather than luck. Also, as a polish issue, it seemed strange that the shephard made 'ouch' sounds even when attacked by the training dummy that did zero damage.
Otherwise the game is very nice, with some solid soundtracks and a generally nice visual style. Gameplay could have been improved, but the menu and cut scene was nearly flawless. Not sure how you pulled all of this together in three days, but great job. After pondering and listening more to the game music, I'm not certain that you made it, and if not, you should tell us what you borrowed in the description on this page. Definitely deserves more attention.

@justcamh Thanks for the feedback! The clicking being a single button was intentional, to make you purposely kill your goats, but perhaps it was overdone. The last level can be beaten without luck, but it requires planning from the start of the game. The pixelation of the game was created before the menus were made, and when making the menus it was in the last rush of the jam so didn't get a lot of time to give feedback to the artist about stuff, looked good so we used it. Collisions were an issue. Most of the jam was focused on mechanics, all the levels and the switching between levels were made in the last 3 hrs of the jam so cut a few corners there. For the music, we kinda made it. It was created by us, but with a NN, rather than by hand and then cut down to what sounded good. Thanks again for the feedback. Hopefully after exams I will be able to check out your game.
