Really good fun and challenging puzzle. The only thing I found frustrating was due to the isometric layout, I kept getting confused which direction up and down arrows and left and right would move it. Perhaps consider having a diagram as part of the UI with some isometric keys on it to help.

^ I agree - or having an option to change which way the isometric keys go. (I think EDGE has a setting like this.)

The colors and shading were nice.

A nice puzzle with a good difficulty curve. I particularly liked the puzzles where you had to put half the block on a 'double touch' tile. Makes you think!

Simple but good. Puzzle games like these work very well for game jams because the core game mechanics is fast to implement, giving you time for polishing and game balance. Here are two things I made a note of:

- If I don't use the mouse in-game, why do you force me to use the mouse on the start and pause menu? - I didn't have a problem with the isometric view and knowing which direction I'd go, but I still think it's a bad design decision. - However, what I didn't understand was whether or not the block would lay down or stand up when I moved. It took me way too long to understand, and I feel like that concept could have been introduced in a simple tutorial level.

Anyway, neat game. Good luck next time :)

Wow, I'm surprised not many others have played this game. This is really fun! Like the others have mentioned I would often find myself in a groove only to fail because I got my directions mixed up and then I would get stuck in a 2-3 cycle of making the same mistake because to my mind/eyes it made sense to go in the direction I chose but the game said "NO! No soup for you!"

Maybe play around with interpreting what the player is trying to move toward or changing the layout might make the experience better though I see why the isometric view works and would not change it but really focus on making the directions make more sense to the player or allow them to make mistakes if the angle of view makes it look like they should be able to go in that direction and there's block in that dir?

Just a thought. great entry!

Really fun puzzle game! I think the difficulty increases at a nice pace.

This was a great puzzle game with good level design. I'm not sure if isometric works for this, as the directions can get a bit confusing. I also wish the movement had animation so you could see exactly how you're affecting it. Overall it was a nice concept and felt smooth! Good job.
