Concept seems good. Could really use some sounds to amp things up. Also.. bullet/weapon fire is really small - increasing the size of the shots would help also.

I think it was a good take on an old classic.. i think you did good in the time you had way better then what i made haha
Sad that you don't have sounds. Good playability for "Asteroid" Aficionados
