Nice concept, just a bit hard to understand
That's nice to see another iteration of strategy cellular automaton strategy game (it makes think of [automata empire](http://store.steampowered.com/app/423800/Automata_Empire/) ). There is still much room for improvement. But finding nice playable mecanism in that field is tough !
