Cool small game. Looks really good. Good animations, only one missing is a shooting animation. But good stuff nonetheless. Platforming is simple, feels a bit clunky, especially when you're being chased by the big dude. The art is better than the gameplay, so the gameplay could use some work, but nice end result.
I seem to have double-posted. Sorry
- Graphics and animation is good - i thing a parallaxing effect is not that good
Beautiful graphics and animations in this game. Very fun to play, although I do feel there were a couple of design choices that were a little off. For example, on the bridge with the multitude of crocodiles coming at me for an extended period of time... I thought the game had bugged out at first. There was also a lot of trial and error during the final chase.
However - I thought this was an enjoyable experience, and for a 72 hour game - quite impressive. Good work.
Hello there ! :) I am fan of your artistic direction. The graphics, animation and sound a very high quality. Like the other comments i think that the gameplay could be better. For that i think a more zoom out camera can be good with some other stuff on the platforming . The carrots should go more quickly too !
I like your environment FX and your sound made with the mouth  The story is simple and effective. It allows us to immerse ourselves in the game easily.
A very very good entry ! La bise !
The characters are appealing and the forest's background is really well done, but color and art in general is inconsistent. If everything was made in the style of that background...!
Music feels a little out of place/not in sync with the action, but is not bad.
The main problem is the hitbox detection, I died many times in the last part because an invisible wall wouldn't let me advance, just because I jumped when touching the walls, and many others reasons of the style (the carrots don't activate the switch for a millimeter, the log walls stop me in place when opening...). The level design in the first section of the forest is particularly well designed, however (great start!)
The other problem is the game design. It felt uninspired and generic (standard jump and shoot/action platformer), and it didn't take advantage of the fact that the character is a rabbit (could be swapped by any animal, character or setting and it would be the exact same game)
I see strong potential art-wise (nice illustrations/cutscenes, specially the one where the mother rises her child from the basement! Well drawn!), but the base game needs lots of polish to actually feel good as a platformer, and a little more of innovation to stand out from a regular jump and shoot clone. I do see the ingredients for that in here, with more time and more deliberation!
Nice short game. I like the art and the sound is funny :D I got stuck in corners quite some times, but it actually only made it a bit more difficult because I had to improve timing. Overall it was fun playing it :)
Really like the graphics, especially the animations! Though having such nice graphics it's too bad there isn't a shooting animation for the player and no dead animation for the enemies. I got stuck in the place where enemies came at me from both directions. I killed them all but then I couldn't do anything, was that the end?
All in all a fine entry, well done :)
