Can't comment fairly as it didn't seem to work as intended. I could press any key to get the choice of random or custom. From there on nothing did anything. The red block (core?) starting slowly drifting up and right, but I couldn't influence anything.
Pretty cool idea. I would love to see your concept as a mechanic in a proper game. Maybe with more terraine types and puzzles or challenges where you have to reach certain goals with limited ressources or build certain structures.
