Can't run it, there's only the exe to download and it complains:
There should be 'Happy Islands._Data' folder next to the executable
None of which is found in the folder on Google Drive. Could you upload a complete archive?
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD38 → Happy Islands.
