I like it. The camera is probably the best part of the game.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD38 → Pale Blue Dot

I was stoked when I fired it up. I liked the graphics, tbh, and the goal is intuitive. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, the WebGL version was not working well. Asteroids and the projectiles just pushed each other around. I enjoyed the camera, though it was a bit confusing at times (when I let go of accelerate). I like the feature, but being able to control it... or perhaps it being triggerd by how many asteroids are on the screen would be good. Would appreciate Feedack on my game as well if you have time: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/sling-ship-search-for-a-small-world
And, once you've sorted out the WeblGL bugs shoot me message and I'll come check it out again. Cheers!
Looks like we had the same idea about the title of our games :D Good game idea. Even tho there were the problems you mentioned it was still fun trying it out!
I played the webGL version. The mechanic of only being able to see where you're going if you're moving was interesting, even if it was a little disorienting at first. Overall pretty fun, easy and intuitive, although I will say that even adding a simple sound effect for shooting lasers would have add made it infinitely more satisfying to shoot asteroids.
