Too bad I couldn't try the real thing. The idea and gameplay look nice, judging by the video :)

Too bad! If you do get a Rift, keep an eye out for a more fleshed out version of the game in the future :)
I think the idea its really good ^^
Finally got around to trying this with my Rift. Fun movement system! Didn't manage to get very far though, and every time I got send back to the start I got stuck in the floor, firing my jets didn't help. Had to restart the game a few times to keep playing.
That floor sticking drives me crazy! I've mostly fixed it, should be a distant memory in future versions. Glad you liked the movement system, thanks for playing!
Pretty nifty! I haven't played anything with a movement system like this, and it seemed to work well. I seem to have a decent VR nausea tolerance, and this was fine.
It was kind of nice that you could fly indefinitely by alternating jets - felt very "Iron Man". However, it does take a lot of the challenge out of the platforming. If the flight and platforming is the core of your future version, you may want to balance the thrust and fuel cost to prevent that.
I noticed that the jet size was based on how far you held the trigger, but fuel consumption and thrust seemed to be unchanged. I assume you ran out of time to finish that - it's a useful feature if implemented.
A fun experience with a well-implemented movement system. Well done!
Thanks for playing! Glad to hear you didn't experience any nausea, that was my prime concern. I think future iterations will lose the limited thrust system entirely. Flying around indefinitely is way too much fun to limit, don't you think?. Platforming will probably be secondary gameplay in the future as well.
The thrust actually does change with the amount of trigger pull, but I don't think the range of thrust is great enough to really notice. I'll work on that. Thanks for the feedback!
