The A button doesn't work once you have won.
The A button was meant for a gamepad, which isn't supported in html5 (at least not as godot does it). I have updated the game to change the message and did some other tweaks for html5. Later today I'll add some instructions. Thanks!!!
It's an interesting idea, but might be a bit easy. The 'gravitational field' around the atoms was pretty hard to miss. I think another improvement could also be to make it so that you can only visit each atom once - after that, they remain but you get a game over if you hit them. That way it'd become a bit more of a puzzle, figuring out in which order to go and having to make difficult shots to get past atoms you've previously visited.
All in all, a perfectly respectable entry. Graphics and audio gave it a pretty good atmosphere and I think really gave it a good "microscopic world" ambience.
