@kalabasa Your feedback has been noted, controls are ready to go. But for fairness of the jam the update will not be pushed until voting has ended.
It was a pretty short but sweet experience. The controls were a bit floaty, and sometimes it was hard to tell whether I hit something or not. My biggest criticism is that the arrow enemies attack instantly when a level loads, giving me no time to dodge - it would be better to give the player time to react to their presence, I think. Still, pretty cool what you managed to achieve! The graphics were impressively detailed and the boss even had a rockin' tune to fight by. :)
@frogcheese Sorry for the late reply, but thanks for the feedback. We will certainly take stuff like this into account for our next entry. Better hit-feedback is totally on the list for next time :)
