I played this solo but the other cats didn't do anything - is that right? I must admit that I don't like the movement. When you get close to the edge the responsiveness is terrible since the shape of the world makes steering very difficult. Perhaps it would have been better if the world was just flat?

Also - when the game was over, being forced to quit was annoying! It's like you don't want me to play it again!?!

@richard-michael-smith Thank you for your feedback! One of the initial plans for the start was to add moving Fat Cat AI to the game, although I was way too focused on getting the multiplayer aspect right for this Compo.

Character control I will admit needs alot of work - I am thinking just one analog stick for movement where the Cats will rotate automatically and move to wherever the joystick/mouse keys go.

I initially went with the chunky world for a style effect, although a flat world would definitely be more feasible!

I found that the Quit button was a bit too harsh, I have added a restart in the new release!

Thanks for your time  Your input is greatly appreciated!

To tell the truth this game is really unfinished even for LD. At first I died on character select screen. Really - I pressed A and red cube falled out of the screen. I launched the game second time and this was the only time when the game worked - third and fourth times I wasn't able to run the game because nothing happened when I pressed "Play" or anything else! It was very frustrating. I didn't like the art in the intro. Was it made in Paint? We are all non-professionals in here, but I think you should be more patient and draw better pictures. I'm sorry to say all of that, I didn't want to be rude or smth like this, I do respect every developer in here - you just need to polish you product better and to spend more time on it! Patience is the key! Good luck!

@redblack-spade Absolute respect for your honest feedback, developing this game has taught me so much in terms of scope and timescale - It's my first experience working to this kind of deadline.

Addressing your experience with my game, I never realised the characters could move on the character select screen  That was really not intentional.. :cold_sweat:

Paint was an intentional art decision I made with the game, although I will now admit that it takes 'non-professional' to the next level and there are much better programs to use for this kind of work.

Since the Jam, I have been getting further into Blender, Krita, and FL Studio in order to create better assets for my games! Hopefully this realises into a greater experience for my players

Thanks again for your time and feedback, it really does make a difference to my work!
