Hi, nice game and congratulations ! Simple mechanics that still offered a decent amount of challenge.We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #36. We made the same thing at the previous jam.

That's a nice start for a shooter! :) The controls are nice and the random loots and the inventory are some nice features!
Just one thing I would improve is the fact that the character could rotate as the mouse moves around, it would make it feel smoother. :)
Really good game, I loved the loot and inventory systems and the gameplay was fun. The only problem I had was that the enemies seemed to be able to shoot through walls. I assume this is unintentional, and it made dodging much harder since cover became useless. Overall, really good game.
