I couldn't play the game because I don't know which buttons actually confirms my selection (I get that there's random buttons to move left/right and that the button your ship's over is the button that's selected). I've tried all keys I could think of but none of them worked...
Also, the text at the bottom is completely illegible for me. There's two sentences rendered over each other. I know one of them tells me which buttons move left and right but I've got no clue what the other sentence is. You can see what I mean here: http://i.imgur.com/9pge8rW.png
I'll check back every once in a while to see if you've replied or fixed the issue. If you have, then I'll give the game another shot :)

Should (hopefully) be fixed now, thanks for letting us know! The issue was that we used Unity + P4V without the P4V integration. It becomes messy :c
For others playing, it seems like when you hit Esc it will reset the game. One letter each will appear on the left and right thrusters of your ship. Hold down BOTH letters on your keyboard to go straight up off the top of the screen, then the actual game will begin. The letters on your thrusters will randomly change periodically. Hold down the left letter to fire the left thruster, the right letter to fire the right thruster, and both letters to fire both thrusters. As you go up, dodge asteroids (I found it fairly easy to stick on them) and try to run through presents to increase your score. It seems eventually you run out of fuel and fall back down. And if you don't keep going up eventually a giant sheep on a red square overtakes you. Not sure what that's about. Anyway, switching controls randomly is an interesting bit of game play challenge. Liked the look of the ship although the other elements seemed a bit incongruous due to the style differences.
Thanks for the fix! I was able to play the game now and I really liked it! :) It looks good, has an interesting format, and is very fun :)
The only suggestion I'd have is to implement some form of grace period in between letter changes so you don't immediately fall back down. This made the game a lot harder than it otherwise would have been
