I found the art style strange in a good way, I really liked how things looked. The trajectories of missiles and moons also add to it.
The gameplay works, but I've gotta admit I found it slightly boring, as it was all about grinding for 90% of the game (nothing chasing me, no difficulty or strategy, just grabbing things to fill a bar). At the end it got a bit more challenging for a couple seconds, as a few missiles took me by surprise and made me lose some of my mass.
One detail was that I thought there was one last upgrade to reach before I could crash into the planet ; since nothing happened when the bar was filled, and the "Upgrade" arrow stayed there, I eventually tried my luck (and fortunately I won ;P).
It's a good entry both on a graphical and a technical level, all it lacked to me was some difficulty gameplay-wise. Congrats!
I liked how the gfx had clean, non-pixelated edges. The game reminded me a bit of Katamari Damacy, where you run over stuff to keep getting bigger. I really liked this particular interpretation of "growing". Hud arrows were a nice touch. Nicely done!
